Acromag remote I/O modules feature signal conditioners and network I/O  for a broad range of monitoring and control operations where controllers communicate with instrumentation on the plant floor or in the field. Signal Conditioners include signal transmitters, signal isolators, 4-20mA signal splitters, limit alarms and computation modules. These signal conditioners input voltage, current, thermocouple, RTD, frequency, thermistor, load cell, potentiometer, and discrete sensors. These signal conditioners output DC voltage and current, relay, frequency, pulse width modulation and display/readout. Ethernet remote I/O modules communicate via Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus UDP/IP, and Profinet.

VPM2000 Series: Loop-Powered Isolator / Alarm with Display

    • Loop-powered Process Meter
    • 4-20mA input/output
    • Solid-state relays
    • Non-incendive, intrinsically safe
These loop-powered 1/8 DIN digital panel meters provide a convenient and informative display of any 4-20mA signal. A dual line display shows the process value on the top line and the units or a tag on the bottom line. Alternatively, you can display the input in one scale on the top line (e.g. height) and another scale on the bottom (e.g. volume). Click here to watch a short video highlighting the VPM2000 Series.

    631T, 632T: Single / Dual Channel Isolator

    • 4 to 20mA DC input
    • 4 to 20mA DC output
    • 12-36V DC SELV, 90-250V AC power
    • Single or dual I/O with a dual output model and full isolation
These units receive 4-20mA process current inputs and provide isolated 4-20mA output signals. Each channel operates independently and is isolated from the others to prevent interaction between channels. Galvanic isolation eliminates ground loops, reduces noise, and blocks transient signals.
