ACROMAG APPLICATION ENGINEERING PRODUCT NOTE:
SmartPack Configuration Software (MetraVision 3.03) Password to Log On as Administrator



Product: Acromag SmartPack Configuration Software model 50SW-CFS-M03-1.44MB (MetraVision 3.03)

Problem: Can not provide the proper password to log on as Administrator when accessing Security | Administration.

Solution: The Administrator password is "admin". This must be entered in all lower case letters. New user accounts are set up with a default password of "password".

Reason: The default administrator password is not included in the help file to prevent non-administrators from accidentally changing the security information.

Symptoms: Password is not correct message is shown when trying to log on as administrator.
