Question: Which Ethernet-to-RS485 converters do you recommend for use with Acromag’s BusWorks® 900MB Series Modbus-RTU I/O modules?
Answer: Be aware that some RS485 to Ethernet converters may not work because they do not consider timing of the Modbus specification. Some units that have a special Modbus mode accomodate the timing issues and work very well. For a supplier listing of various Modbus Equipment, try visiting and searching the www.modbus.org website.
